Nathan Peck is a Director/Choreographer, Educator, and Performer based in New York City who has been working in the entertainment industry for 30 years. As a performer, Nathan has worked in every facet of the industry: Broadway, Touring & regional theater, Cabaret, Film & Television, Theme Park, Cruise Line and Industrial. His experience on both sides of the table, as performer and as creative, has given him a unique perspective that informs all of his work.
Nathan has served as Director & Choreographer of Kinky Boots at North Carolina Theater, Ogunquit Playhouse, Music Theater of Wichita, and on Norwegian Cruise Line. His Ogunquit production won the 2019 Broadway World Maine awards for Best Musical, Best Director, Best Choreographer & Best Ensemble. He also was Director/Choreographer for The SpongeBob Musical- Youth Edition for the Ogunquit Playhouse Arts Academy Summer program. Nathan was Director of solo shows for Joey Taranto & Kyle Taylor Parker at Joe’s Pub, 54 Below & Greenroom 42. He choreographed Live from Lincoln Center: Stars in Concert featuring Annaleigh Ashford for PBS and was dance/movement consultant on the Broadway productions of You Can’t Take It With You, Sylvia and Our Mother’s Brief Affair. Nathan’s choreography has been seen in The Secret Garden at ACT of Connecticut, Cabaret at Rider University, the Actors’ Fund production of Mister Magoo’s Christmas Carol, Broadway Bares XXVIII and Joseph... at Ridgefield Playhouse. His piece "Desperado" was featured in the BC Beat Choreographer's Showcase in NYC.
As Associate Director/Choreographer, Nathan worked on
Rock of Ages at Theatre Under the Stars in Houston and on the Helen Hayes award winning production of Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus, based on the book by Mo Willems, at The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. He also served as Associate Choreographer for the NBC/Universal Upfronts "Bravocon" feature including Andy Cohen and numerous Bravo celebrities.
Nathan appeared in the original Broadway companies of Dance of the Vampires (Asst Dance Captain), Taboo, and La Cage aux Folles (Tony Awards Best Revival & Best Choreography, Dance Captain) as well as appearing in The Boy from Oz and the long running Wicked. Nathan also served as the original and closing Dance Captain of the 6 time Tony award winning Kinky Boots on Broadway helping Billy Porter, Wayne Brady, Todrick Hall, Brendon Urie, David Cook, Tyler Glenn and Tiki Barber to the stage.

Nathan is on Faculty with the Commercial Dance program at Pace University. He graduated from Oklahoma City University with a BPA in Dance Performance and received the university’s
2016 Distinguished Alumni Award for the Ann Lacy School of American Dance & Entertainment. Nathan has taught classes all over the US and serves as guest adjudicator for Break the Floor dance conventions and competitions.
